Q. How much do the sessions cost?

The sessions cost £50, £70 for couples

Q. How long do the sessions last?

The sessions last for 60 minutes on a weekly basis.

Q. How are the sessions being held?

We are now able to have sessions in-person, online or by phone. 

Q. How will I know how many sessions I will need?

Counselling will be on an open ended basis and an ending will be thought about and agreed once an assessment and counselling has begun.
